Relax your mind using the mysterious secrets of belly dance and the sensuality of the veil. Empowering and feminine, you’ll learn to move like a goddess and release tension through the hypnotic undulations of your spine and meditative breathwork of this dance. Learn to let your thoughts float effortlessly like the silky movements of your veil and to stay in the moment.. This workshop will also strengthen upper
body, condition the core & improve posture. Enjoy this experience
with a glass of wine and a 25 minute masage or facial to follow your dance journey.
